Cindi Pree has worked virtually for more than 20 years (although without benefits of technology in the beginning!). She has focused on real estate support for several years and exclusively on Transaction Coordination (and listing management for the TC clients) for 5 years. Cindi and her team have closed more than 500 transactions, totaling over $90 million in gross property sales. This class will give an overview of TC, discuss the important skill set and tools for this work, and give plenty of time for Q&A.
